my mom and fiance and i live in chelsea, massachusetts and we saw something like a star, but it was 2 low. Then it started moving up vertical straight up not like a plane. As it went up it got brighter and brighter went to the right and was gone. @Jedistarship the cameras were zooming in as much as they could in those shots. it's indicative of how high up the objects were. and it means they weren't balloons. balloons would never make it to such an altitude. and if they could, they definately wouldn't be visible, especially white ones. and they wouldn't sit in one place, especially that high up where the wind is very strong

It could have been small & high as apposed to something large at an extremely high altitude. Also, since this is seen directly over head it can give the impression that it is remaining still when if fact its just getting higher up. lack of wind is a factor! It is a possible UFO (ET) although I just can't fathom not being capable of clearly seeing it given the opportunity.

My brain is trying to make sense that, with all our technology we don't have a zoom lens, or a telescope or something capable of seeing what the hell that was! In NYC of all places. You would think! I can't fathom this, in broad daylight you would think hey look in the sky its a bird, its a plane, its a...well we still don't know what it is! It's not like it's Night time with no visibility whatsoever, come on people this is ridiculous. Might as well call us cavemen and look through a towel tube.

@Jedistarship the cameras were zooming in as much as they could in those shots. it's indicative of how high up the objects were. and it means they weren't balloons. balloons would never make it to such an altitude. and if they could, they definately wouldn't be visible, especially white ones. and they wouldn't sit in one place, especially that high up where the wind is very strong

@ObjectiveObserver4 you have an interesting point, although an object which is high doesn't necessarily mean that it was big! It could have been small & high as apposed to something large at an extremely high altitude. Also, since this is seen directly over head it can give the impression that it is remaining still when if fact its just getting higher up. lack of wind is a factor! It is a possible UFO (ET) although I just can't fathom not being capable of clearly seeing it given the opportunity.

It could also be said these could be planes or government engineered vehicles that are associated with the dates you provided. With this said I still believe in UFO's and Alien life in our galaxy. I just want our evidence to reflect this instead of our lack of, to reflect our primitive state. 2012 Disclosure!?

Jizzzes, someone had stared at those objects for 45 mins, so it was not just a breef 2 min sighting, and there was not a single telescope, binocular, helicopter or plane in the city that could be used that day, right ?? Oh, and the news team had a faulty zoom on the camera also that day...and FAA..eh, our planes are not beeing affected by those light...and we doesent bother to scramble a jet to investigate what it is....Amaaaaaaazing...Makes you wonder :/
