His only crime was having consensual sex with a teenager when he was 16! His mother fought the politicians who listed him on the public registry and finally got him removed. Now we have been talking alot about the guy up there in your country what do you think should be done to the 4 boys here in the States. As i said in my first commit about it kids that young dont think of this stuff on thier own. So i researched the story and found out the are from Liberia where rape was used as a weapon of war, it DOES NOT justify what happen but it helped me understand where in the world they came up with such a senseless crime. My first issue with that, is they were brought up in different worlds. Here, we teach that rape and murder are wrong. In Nigeria, the rape is something that happens to kids, adults and gay/lesbians. It is used to punish and to control. These boys learned their behavior from the beginning, they need help to learn the right way and punishment for their crime. Our 'creep', learned the right and wrong, he just doesn't care. He is a professional criminal, and children are his favorite offense.

As a group sex offenders in the U.S. reoffend at about 7% which is much lower than all other crimes but pedophiles are higher at about 20%. Our justice system failed... it needs to do it's part.
