what would blackberry curve 9300 (3G) be ?

Hello i broke my blackberry curve 8520 screen so i bought i new screen 007/111

But now the display has very high contrast. It looks like it is washed out. Any idea what the problem or Would there be any problem in the software?

But what if you've lost the screen and you don't know the version...

@csa18 You may be able to get the right version by checking the position of the connector for the lcd connector on the mainboard - for example 1 version may have a connector position of top left, another may have a position of bottom right.

@GSan87 You can re use the outer screen as long as it is not damaged, there are many movies on YouTube that you can watch to prepare for it

@GSan87 There are I think 3, the only to do is to take the old lcd out and find out the version.

@GSan87 For the 8530 it could be the same or it could be the 005/004, without getting the lcd out of the blackberry there is no definate way to tell
