I went to a public school in elementary and I was quite shy, because of all the people I never felt "higher up" on the social level, although now that I am in a charter school with around 50 people, I am hardly shy at all, even in front of crowds. For example, I recently played piano for around 200 people, and I was hardly nervous at all. You can't say it necessarily takes away from public interaction, you're much more open in a small crowd than
