  • Good job! Nice depth. But your back is to weak. You could squat much more than 100 kg. Perhaps you should try a low bar position.

  • Cheers, I put this up a few months ago to get a few pointers from someone online. I've corrected most of my problems, bar is lower now, keeping chest up etc.. Thanks anyway!

  • I know this was ages ago and you have probably since then corrected all your problems, but just so ling as you got the right pointers

    -not completing the negative portion with enoough control

    -not maintaining a lower back arch

    -back rounding, caused by either a weak core or hamstriing inflexibility, possibly both.

    Props at least for doing proper squats, you don't see them too often in the mardyke.
