I have to say that I didn't even notice the advertisements. I think these exercises are incredible and plan to incorporate this into my daily routine. I really appreciate you putting this out and look forward to future videos.
I hate to have to say it here ,but when trying to find this video it was near impossible because of the antimated adds distracting my; vision. sOn the right of the page (mike tayson) Please related to utube. This caused me e;e strain and tention!

excelent exercise and very nice performed. unfortunately, there is no sound. need explanations about respiration at the turtle exercise.
