Oh it's not hard at all. First of all, you have to have some Music (mp3, wma files etc).

As you may know.. there's a timeline on Windows Movie Maker for the VIDEO. RIGHT UNDERNEATH that line, there's another line for AUDIO/MUSIC. Drag your music file to that line and see what happens :)
