What happens if its stuck in u'r throat for good. it happens to me but i give my self 10-20m time until it goes down. sometimes god helped me. What should i do if i'm in serious danger?
Your right, it's not CPR. However the most recent AHA Standards do state that black blows be primarily done on infants. Adults should have the Heimich performed.
that's not CPR, CPR is used to deal a casualty situation with the heart beat issue, the video shows how to deal with a choking situation, and plus this is the second procedure to be made in this situation, because 5 black blows must be first, and then this procedure.

Its hard to believe but I choked myself almost to death while being at First aid basics program, that is needed to get my drivers licence.

First, it's labelled wrong; it's just choking not CPR. I have this in an app on my iPhone:)
