Exactly the same strategy mine is using (during shower time). He doesn't seem to bother doing it while I am not there and he always finds new activities while I am in the shower, apart from circus balance performances in the bathtub border and toilet. He also steals the toilet paper rolls from the shelf and spreads them on the floor, unrolling just a little bit in each one (he already knows that's a bad thing, from roll number 15 or so).
