My favorite is Denise Austin's Blast Away DVD. Her and Leslie Sansome have some good basic videos for folks who are starting out and/or dealing with fatigue issues. I find I do need to change the DVD workouts every once in a while and I keep returning to the Blast Away DVD.

You're so right. It really sucks about the show being canceled. My daughters (7 & 9) and did the workout together until they canceled her show. I loved that they heard her say things like "It's not about being a skinny minny, it's about being healthy". Please bring her back! :(

Wow... you're daughters are 7 & 9 and already you're instilling in them a necessity to do a body workout? Even if you're not telling them to be thin directly... this is what they're getting out of any workout program shown on TV these days. Kids should work out and play to have fun at age 7 & 9. Don't turn them into the high school slut that you were.
