Has the dealership made good on refunding your money? And no worries about his threat of a lawsuit... [they] sold you a POS and you are entitled to express your discontent about said purchase.

I truly hate seeing this happen to consumers, but as someone already stated... it is a buyer-beware society these days. Very few "car dealers" care about their quality of service or the quality of cars being sold, only turning a profit at the end of the month!

@fred1671 Thank You. His lawyer threatened me and I told him that I had already researched the law!! He's selling on Ebay as "ems2521" now. I'd like to know how many times they will give him new accounts?? I wonder if he's been reported by others?

This ad was SUPPOSEDLY posted by a business. Tommy Denic is not even licensed to sell cars, but still the state of Ill. allows this to continue.....

You need to call a lawyer and see what your standing is on this.

I really hate to say this, but its buyer beware. What he did was wrong but you should have sent someone to see the car or get yourself there to see it. Its really awfull people do things as he did and get away with it. But the word will get around that he is a liar and thief.
