@armedmage The Time Eater was the kind of concept that you would expect of a Classic Sonic-Era Boss. It's childish in design and its simple to defeat.

Its almost exactly like the Nega-Wisp Armour but worse. I think Time Eater was one of the most disappointing fights in a Sonic Game.

Mephiles AND Iblis might have made a fantastic battle in Generations if they did these ideas While Sonic runs in a large circle.

Mephiles: *3D* Mephiles summons dark creatures either on the path or on the sides to trip you while Mephiles throws energy balls only to sometimes let his guard down for a homing attack.

Whoa the beginning of the Music sounds so Holy & Epic o.O like a choir in heaven, peaceful & quiet, singing together in harmony but then it suddenly turns dark filled with despair, bleakness & hope to bring back the light it's been a long time since I've listened to this It made my spine-chill it's just so intense & spine-chilling full of such emotion and power I love it :D You can just paint a picture listening to this which relates to the game I was so nervous when I played the final boss o_o

Actually I don't like the story. It focuses on too little sonic, too much princess, too much silver, mephiles is too cowardly and weak (if he's just a mind why can't he use mind attacks as much?) and there's too much paradox, and that fail reset idea. Also Silver was better left as whatever he was before he became a hedgehog.

But, while it needs a better plot, it indeed could all be fixed.
