sight casted to snook light leader and a small split shot with a 1/O live bait hook with a whit bait retrieved the bait tilhe seen and....... WACK zzzzzzzZZZZzzzz drag screaming from there.
ok, D.O.A. Deadly Shrimp combo works great. Mirrolure Top Dog works good to. For redfish use live bait on a popping cork. Redfish will eat a live shrimp or a pinfish quickly. coming into the colder months try a crap at the bottom. If u can see the fish cast lighty and drag the bait right in front of them and then work it away from them. I don't know much about snook, but you could try a Rapala X-Rap in White.
no problem, and it also dpends on water temperature, what type of are your fishing, tides, everything. Mainly lure type but everything comes into play. The gulf usually produces the most on topwater bot in the atlantic tossing a croaker or pigfish on a cork and popping it about every 30 seconds will get the job done.
try a redfish color skitter walk in saltwater. or a top dog mirrolure with black at the top, gold in the middle, and red on the bottom. Where you fish and what time depends on the color and lure type.
