  • @bushpigfication all these devices are made in India more jobs more money they can eat and poor people poor students can get education with this ultra cost effective device

  • So the saying "Necessity is the mother of all inventions" is true.

  • Good things come to those who wait and believe me they have waited

    Long enough.. :D

  • @kammireddypavon None of this logic makes any sense. The point of this video is to show the possibilities of how you can help, to show what's been changed and it's also fascinating. Decreasing taxes for rich people, would only logically make them richer. While they might feel like using that money to create jobs, they have no obligation to do so, just as much as a businessman with a lower stature in revenue. The taxes have never been quite handled quite well since I've been alive.

  • it nice & future techonolgy , its cheap like other products also to come like this product.how to become a retailer on this product , in which city it is selling.

  • 0:50... speaks like Apu. Thumb up if agreed!!!!

  • someone plz make the "Can Cross it 2" video from 0:51 - 0:58 :)

  • its going to be available in November.

  • This rerevulation in science

  • maybe it's not that good but at least they are doing they're part to make the poor catch up to the rest of their society

  • I was initially amazed at the performance of the device which was shown in the few seconds but later realized its the kindle fire that has been shown in the first few seconds... I'm damn sure about that .. ! .. even you could see their logo on the top of the screen and an amazon flash screen before playing the video..

    :(

  • daaaaaaaamn. India be goin in!!!!

  • its great..!!!

  • where can i buy that tablet???? i am from bangalore which market is selling that tablets???

  • 2000 dollar open heart surgery

  • @daniinheaven1

    $100K + in the US!

  • until i can purchase this... this is just a pretty project.

  • people with limited mental capabilities shouting to give poor food and shelter first, have no idea what cellphones have done in India! there might not be electricity in every home but many have cellphones which they charge at some shop or something and use to keep themselves updated with customers, pricing etc. I don't know right now if this tablet will be an effective solution but we have to find some sustainable solution for poverty and not just distribute subsidized food and shelter.

  • @goldyblita True. Some people believe that to finish poverty is to give the food, but more important is to give the oportunity to get food. And maybe this is not solving it at all, but is helping people to access to technology and tools that can approach them to get the oportunity to work and finish with their poverty. Also, they are just accessing to something that everybody has the right to acces, no matter wich economic condition they belong; they are just enjoying of making part of this.

  • The people need food and shelter to take them out of poverty and not this shitty gizmo! What's wrong with the government??? What will a rural guy do with it, chat on Facebook???

  • @nbvcxz098 net is not only for chatting dude!!!

  • @amaljoy3 you r missing the point! Right now net won't solve any problems with the Indian masses. They need basic necessities rather than a god damn tablet.

  • LONG LIVE SUPERPOWER INDIA

  • good for them. and now we can be even more happy to have 10'' more with touch screen :]

  • "DAMN "

  • " it has a color screen.... "

    obviously :P

  • cheap items for a cheap country

  • We just have to make stuff instead of buying it from China. I mean there's a lot of japanese, chinese and american people living in the states that are smart. Why aren't we building stuff.

  • @eliasgamer Do some research dumbass.

  • Why can't we have that kind of stuff in the US? After all most of us are poor too.

  • @yes4me The poor in America have way more than the poor in third world countries.

  • I'll take two of those open heart surgeries and give me the change in Nanos.

  • what a piece of crap.

  • Bravo!! Does it have a contraceptive?

  • screw food and poverty, give them computers!

Could India please get more retarded? kgo...

  • Comment removed

  • Yeah lets not empower the poor lets just keep feeding em...genius.

  • In America, they'd price this tablet out of range so only a few can only afford it. In India, they make it accessible to nearly all. As the saying goes, the high tide raises all ships. Good for you India.

  • lol 2000$ heart Surgery wtf

  • Where can I get 1

  • 35$ and something will go wrong with it so you'll end up buying a new one. Something will go wrong with that and you'll try and get another one. So on and so forth.

  • @gerfall In India its about 2300 rupees which is still a lot to buy one every few days

  • this is so great !!!!!!!!!

  • Damn, the US should already have invented holograms. But the government polarizes our brains and we only have a union of distractions.

  • @daser1220 Yeah lets just throw Purchasing Power Parity out of the window. Fucking hell guys, USE YOUR BRAINS.

  • RIP Steve Jobs

  • @daser1220 Ignorant cunts like you really REALLY piss me off. This is not competition for the ipad shithead, its supposed to provide basic connectivity to the digital world to the rural poor who can't afford even a basic desktop computer or a smartphone..

  • The Things we want taht are most expensive are now becoming cheap items like knockoffs but tablets in general are gonna probably be everyday devices and be 20$

  • Can I get an American Version?????!!!???!!!!!

  • Does it play MP3's and have a battery that wont explode? Not for 35 bucks it doesnt.

Like the Tata Nano, it's only out there to make India look good and not bring any real development to the table.

  • @peepeevagi It can play HD videos, so uh, I'm pretty sure it can play mp3s genius.

  • Its funny how you guys see a third world country create a simple Android tablet and think the end of America is soon.

(Btw, Android gives it most of its features, they just need to add in hardware strong enough to process these things.

  • 35 usd, is tablet market will be driven by india?

  • Funny a third world county put's the power of knowledge into the hands of the poor.

We just give the poor enough money to stay poor.

  • @BusterBayVideos

Couldn't have said it better than myself.

  • Canada spent enough on bombs last year to give almost every citizen an Ipad.

  • Holy Cow !!!

  • the cheapest yet? it is the cheapest

  • @lilice1907 no shit that's what cheapest yet means

  • why the hell would u trust someone whos doing a 2000$ open heart surgery?!?!?!?!??!?!

  • @dudelivestrong

Just because open heart surgeries in the United States is for $200,000 doesnt mean it's worth the price. Healthcare in the US is overpriced, and its because of lawyers and health insurance companies. The cost does not justify the health care by even the slightest. That is why India is becoming the biggest center in the world for medical tourism..where you get world class health..and yes an open heart surgery for $2000..and thats exactly how much a surgery is worth.

  • Great innovation!

  • finally the truth as to what these devices are actually worth.

  • in the US they all get welfare cell phones… hahahaha!!! India gives out more from welfare over there…

  • lol 35$...you get what you pay for.

  • Android ftw

  • not bad, to all t cheap fucks who hate the cheap price, shove it. thank god i dint rush to buy ipad2, or xoom !

  • Hopefully,so they could look for jobs (and not to download porn) and U.S. companies won't need to outsource there ( I HATE calling Dell technical support,I just want someone with an American accent!).

  • @mrtracysmith It is the US companies outsourcing that is giving them the jobs.

  • @mrtracysmith It is the US companies outsourcing that is giving them the jobs.

  • @JamesWorley That is not a badge of honour for the American firms, it just means they're looking to cut costs. Someday the jobs will move elsewhere. They're not doing India a favour..

  • good for them.

it just need to be able to access internet

and run web browser, actually. other is additional

  • God help us when we need to call "technical support" for the thing.

  • @derekjlight which god? theirs or yours? or any of the hundreds of other mythical ones that still exist.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1

Sorry, I shouldn't have said God. I guess it's habit because of all the brainwashed people that say it. Thanks for reminding me of how ridiculous it is.

  • The rest of the world is catching us and in a lot of cases surpassing us. We are turning into the 3rd world country we use to pity not to long ago.

  • @tr28901 Because making cheap electronics counts as "Surpassing us"?

You do realise that India is so fucked up and backwards that you can own slave children and get away with murder just because someone is gay or your wife disobeyed you?

The rest of the world may be catching up, some even surpassing us. India though.... they're backwards out the ass :/

  • @peepeevagi Hey nice generalization of a 5000 year old civilization you ignorant cunt. Keep your head shoved deep up your ass as it is right now, the world will move past your ignorance while your head is buried deep like a pea brained ostrich.

  • @panniize Oh look, an indian on the internet. A rarity in it's self. You know your government is keeping close tabs on what you say right?

And lol generalization, India is a criminal shithole when it comes to problems like this. That's 5000 years of child abuse, child slavery (Sex slavery even) and murder excused by a wacky government.

So, are you going to be a typical ignorant indian and just insult me back, or actually attempt to debate these facts? I predict typical brainwashed indian.

  • @peepeevagi Ha ha. Yeah a rarity for a person who's head is buried deep in his butthole yes, but for others 71 million is quite a big number. And you're talking about 'facts' ? Lolwut ? Every line you've typed reeks of nothing but bigotry with no basis in fact whatsoever. 5000 years of child abuse, child slavery ? Lmao, what are you on about son ? I don't even know where to begin to debate such childish bullshit. Comeback with some decent points before challenging someone to a 'debate', idiot..

  • @panniize Lets see, Child slavery, abuse, and sex slavery are all current issues. If they're current issues now, to the point that other countries are putting junk mail in our boxes to "Help stop the abuse" (Meaning it's pretty darn obvious, to the point that it's easier to scapegoat than starving african children), it's very obviously an issue that exists in your country.

  • @peepeevagi Oh so your idea of 'fact' is junk mail that ask for donations...gee your standards for 'facts' are high aren't they ?

So, wait, THIS is your whole argument ? Lmao. 'Child abuse and slavery for 5000 years'. A line you probably picked up on the odd occasion you picked up a newspaper (by mistake), and decided to plaster it to make yourself sound 'knowledgable', but instead you look like what you are. An ignorant, childish fool. Go read a book.

  • @panniize And as for murder justified, Homosexuality is illegal in your country, punishable by death. And there have been many cases where a man murdered his wife for a questionable reason, and was let free because his wife was his 'property' to be used as he saw fit.

I'd say do some 'research' on it, but your government just LOVES falsifying records (As they were the first to start doing so 5000 years ago) so you really cant :/

  • @peepeevagi Homosexuality is not illegal in India. Another 'fact' of yours blown to bits. It only became officially 'illegal' in 1850 when the English enacted their ignorant law which was overthrown a few years back. No Indian empire ever had a law against homosexuality.

  • @panniize If it's been "Overthrown", why are y'all still so horribly violent towards gays and still, very frequently, shed blood over it?

And you know what, ultimate counterargument. AMERICA!

  • @panniize Try this. Google "Child sex slavery in india". :/

  • @peepeevagi They are the most ingenious, industrious people on Earth, there also the best enterpreneurs. Amongst all other 3rd world countries, India has been the fastest growing, second only to China. They ve made the best of what the British left them with. Look around you, all engineers and doctors are Indians..The East will rise my friend.. as you and i will watch the end of the West.

  • @tr28901 Hardly. Stop being such a fucking drama queen.

  • Cheap fucks.

  • this will be a game changer,

    not for the computing world,

    but for India.

  • For all its faults as a nation, the enormous population of India is really pushing great stuff out. Invention out of necessity. If over-crowding and bad infrastructure didn't exist, neither would these inventions.

  • happy for them
