yeah it was a type of vacume thing.. i had a perfect plan for the c-cells and tennis balls this year but my school didnt enter science olympiad so all of my prodjects went to waste...how did you place...
well, we used the same design and just juiced up the engines. we have a 4 moters now and the arms are spring loaded. It actually throws all 3 d-cells and tennis balls easily at the same time. we got second at regionals though because of a despute with one of our notecards slipping out from under the box. lol
hey what frequency is the radio? also how many channels is it? i have to build a robot too, and i'm screwed, i cant use my rc plane radio but thinking of using my 2 rc car radios, one person controlls the driving, another the arms and all that.

no dude! It sucks because like the whole school has to win iverall rather than just one person winning a certain event and then going to nationals... if so.. i would have had some natiolal gold in rockets and robots haha...
I know that all too well if it weren't for some great luck my team wouldn't even have gone to state but at state i placed in three events two years in a row.
Id been hunted down by 3 teachers to join their teams.. Im wondering if there is combat robots in the science olympiad
