  • Just a suggestion, before putting the mixture in your baking tray, use film wrap or gladwrap,and spread the meat on top of it, once it is done pull from the tray the film wrap ,with the spread meat that is on it and use that later as the top for your recipe, saves a lot of work. look at KIBBEH BIL SENEYA EPISODE 5/8 enjoy

  • you are welcome. I am not sure if you can use any other grain than Bulgar but you may try ...some type of kubbeh is made with ground rice. let me know if you try it with other grains. good luck.
