HCG Is great isn't it? I'm currently doing it now, and I can tell you this, if you would have not ate any melba toast, you would have lost way more.

I know a lot of people who dropped the melba toast, and had bigger increases of weightloss. The Melba Toast for some reason, make weightloss slower. That I can prove.

However, thanks for your information, and help out other obese people by recommending the HCG Protocol!
