I never realised how many people think of their loss when hearing this song. I guess it reminds you of when you feel sad and how you can be lifted up. To me the words of the song is how I feel God lifts me up when I am sad.

i went to Singapore for the International Cadet Exchange Program in december. We sang this song at our last dinner as a whole group. All of the cadets gathering around in a big circle and sang and swayed. It was so moving and almost everyone was crying...I will always remember the people i met there and the memories we created together. I miss them. I cant listen to this song without crying now....

again someday. Her hubby, my uncle Monroe,

passed away Jan of this year unexpectedly.
