Wow! Most helpful tutorial I have ever seen! I've never been able to draw but I have some down time i need to full so I'm plunging in. Finding colored pencils more controllable/satisfying for me as a beginner. Thanks! Now I shall forever know how to draw/color an eye realistically!

Thanks for the tip on using brown/blue to make black. That particularly was helpful to me! Using black never quite looked right... I shall have to try this!

That's something I've noticed with my colorings is that I use black, and the whole picture tends to suck. Using a combination really does seem to help with darker areas.
