In the movie, they were so amazed by Babydoll's dance, they didn't show it to the real viewers, because chances are we wouldn't that impressed with her dance. We'd be comparing it to other dancers and saying, "What's so special or good about that?" They wanted it to be kept mysterious - but my guess is that her moves sort of reflected on what she was doing in her fantasy world - backflips, handstands, that sort of stuff.
