  • Villebois is the only master planned community that I know if in the northwest to have written into it's CC&R's that each and every home will be built to Earth Advantage guidelines. We have also received a grant from the EPA to study our rainwater management program. We have incorporated 160 acres of parks into the community. We saved as many existing trees in the plan as was possible. I prefer to focus on all of the ways that Villebois is making a difference and not dwell on the negative.

  • How is two miles a "short walk"?

How is Villebois a "Transit Oriented Development" when the only transit to Villebois is a shuttle van that takes residents to the WES station two miles away?

How is Villebois "environmentally conscious" when the connectivity to WES requires building a road through sensitive wetlands? How is WES "environmentally conscious" when it uses three diesel engines to move the capacity of two buses?
