@thedrumandbassace Cool I looked up Amaran, they're really cool, I love the runs she does, but I was just saying that aren't very many female fronted prog metal bands that I personally like.
@SeraSnot there arent a whole lot out there that are noteworthy i can agree though i dont care much for female vox in general, there are a handful of gifted chicks in the prog trade but to-mera, aghora, and amaran dominate the genre as far as female prog goes.
@thedrumandbassace Ya, I really wish there was more out there being a lady myself and having a love for the style of music. If you're interested do you mind checking out my band, we have some prog influences but we're not that talented lol
@thedrumandbassace Yep I don't know if you say my comment, it took awhile to post for some reason we're called Mercy Brown and we have myfacespace, if you don't care for us no hard feelings :D
@JKT84 Hey I'm pretty amazed about your statement! Indeed, i think it sounds similar!! I can't believe u actually remembered something like this dude! Nice!
@JKT84 holy shit... you are right. It's like note for note almost, of course I am going by memory of the song here. I loved that game so much, probably was the the best video game ever made.
oh god this is probably my favorite band right now. i loved transcendental and i didnt think it could get any better than that (and its still my favorite cd) but when i heard delusions... my god it felt like my ears were cumming, soooo fucking beautiful and original. oh yeah and i think im in love with julie kiss.

1:14-2:19 of this song reminds me A LOT of Zelda: A Link to the Past light world dungeon music. think they drew some inspiration?
