Why isn't their enough money for quality labor environments/ wages that match the stress and responsibility? I'm training to be a paediatric nurse, I have had many placements on wards and think its the most rewarding thing in the world! I wouldn't change my profession even if I was paid to do so...seeing children get better and smile because of you is a rare gift, on I get to see everyday :D

I was a hospital corpsman and the nurses in the Navy didn't do shit but play games on the computer. Most nurses in the Navy can't even draw blood or start IV. I can't believe they are even allowed to touch a patient.
