ARE YOU HUMAN? DO YOU LOVE AMERICAN PEOPLE OR YOU JUST WANT POWER? DUDE ALL JOBS WENT TO CHINA , CHINESE WORK LIKE ROBOTS. WHY U DONT WANT AMERICAN PEOPLE TO HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE IF TECHNOLOGY KILLS JOBS ?
This is the first time i've heard Ron Paul speak and he seems like the best politician ive ever heard. his stance against giving rosa parks a medal for the soul reason for not taxing the people... his character is amazing for a politician.
Wolf Blitzer is a racist zionist jew (search for the video on youtube), he's going to push the candidates his masters want (Hilary, Guiliani) and downplay the rest.
Exactly! He always makes sense when questioned about why he chooses what he does. Some people misunderstand paul, but really I think he is very ethical and doesn't want to violate his ethics even if it makes him stand out. That takes true strength not to give in to what you think is wrong no matter what.
Ron Paul is the man! Biltzer thought he had him on the Rosa Parks question - but Ron Paul ripped him to shreads. Ron Paul would pay with it with his own and other congressman's money, but not take YOUR money to buy a medal for someone else :) (unless you agreed to it of course).
Why does he oppose all the crap things they try and do?Because they are thought up by the elite of the Bilderbergs who own and control the government and make them pass resolutions to enhance there own wealth and fulfill there own evil ideals.NOT to do anything for the American people for which they are paid to do.
Aren't you sick and tired of so called conservatives like Rudy Giuliani that work night and day to expand the duties of our government, increase spending and fight unconstitutional wars in far off lands?!!!!
Everyone donate on DEC 16th to the 07' tea party!!!! Let's send a clear message to the media that we don't appreciate their conspiracy to give Ron Paul as little coverage as possible!!!!
I was about to call him out on that last remark. "You were the only one who voted against rewarding Rosa Parks with a gold medal." His response made perfect sense and the other congressmen should feel ashamed for taxing the people, as if it was they who did something good.
Dr. Paul has got my vote! I am changing my party to republican tomorrow so I can vote for him in the primary! He is right on with what is going on! Every other president wants to increase executive power, not Paul! He believes in the people having control of their lives!
wow..i have just witnessed an honest politician..that has to be rare..almost 1 vs 425..i live in sweden and im thinking about sending money to Ron if possible..otherwise usa maybe invades my country next..
If you want Ron Paul to even be a contender you must get the word out to the 'average joe' on the street. right now only bloggers and college students know what he stands for.
THANKGIVING DAY IS THE DAY TO SHOW THOSE "TURKEYS" THAT RON PAUL SUPPORTERS ARE NOT TAKING A DAY OFF! Ron Paul's campaign has asked for help NOW so we are going to "STUFF" his campaign with much needed cash on Thanksgiving Day! Some are concerned about this taking away from the Dec 16 efforts, but we can't forget what our goal is -- for Dr. Paul to WIN and to win he needs the money NOW! It's NOT about beating the Nov. 5th amount! Please give what you can on Thanksgiving Day. Pass it on!
That is not what I had heard, but if you are right, then we should keep up the pressure. But if you are not right, we could be doing damage to the campaign. So we need to find out once and for all.
It's sad that they're trying to do to Dr. Paul what they've already done to Mike Gravel. Thank God for the money bomb and the surge in publicity just before Fox had planned to copy NBC's corporate censorship.
You are incorrect. The campaign has announced that he is attending and has asked us to stop calling Fox about it since it is making that network even less friendly toward Ron Paul. And that's the LAST thing we need!
fox is not letting Ron Paul participate in the Dec. 4th debate because he doesnt meet the criteria of the national phone poll of 5%. this is making me very upset. no not upset, pissed!!!!
Ron Paul DOES have 5% poll NOW, by several "independent polls". It would be interesting to see if Huckabee is invited and Ron Paul isn't, since by all measures Ron Paul exceeds Huckabee's statistics. NOW Ron Paul has met the minimums... even this news article mentions that.
It's sad that they're trying to do to Dr. Paul what they've already done to Mike Gravel. Thank God for the money bomb and the surge in publicity just before Fox had planned to copy NBC's corporate censorship.
He posed the same solution to giving the Regans a medal, All the members of congress put up a 100 bucks each and he would put up the first 100. And no one wanted to go along with him on it. They want to spend our money but not theirs. And they get around $150.000.00 a year and act like 100 bucks would kill them.
Awesome interview. Loved how Dr. Paul handled that slippery Rosa Parks question. My only concern now is that the media and possibly his "Republican" rivals are going to re-open the whole newsletter issue in attempt to brand Dr. Paul a racist. I hope the campaign has come up with a great way to nip that unfortunate incident in the bud. Maybe make a Free Speech issue out it.
You noticed Wolf tried to corner Dr. Paul with the 435 - 1 votes, but Ron turned it around and made sense. The mainstream media cannot stand the fact that Dr. Paul is gaining momentum. They try to bring up issues that they can uuse against him but he outsmarts them. I'd love to see him win!
That was great. "OK guys lets chip in $100 each and give Rosa Parks a gold medal. Heres my money." 421 over millionaire congressmen said "No way lets fleece the American Public for it" Wow. What great leaders we have. Is it truly only one guy out of the entire Senate, Congress, and Executive Branch that has any integrity at all? How the hell did we get this way?
Wow! WOW!!! He answered the Rosa Parks issue so beautifully!!! My God, that was the most perfect and idealistic answer and he VOTED it!! I absolutely want Ron Paul to be our next President!!!
Ron Paul would be a great president. I support him 110%! I also believe he is our only hope. Spread the word about Ron Paul. America does not need a national ID card or NAU. America needs peace. For our kids sake.
Ron totally OWNED Wolf on the Rosa Parks issue. This is why a man of such integrity needs to get into the White House.
Oddly enough, Wolf never asked him about the other legislation he voted against: Iraq war, Patriot Act, internet regulation, gun control etc etc. All things that anyone would be ashamed to vote for.
LOVE the Rosa Parks story!!! Can anyone name anyone else in congress who has this kind of integrity, who really and truly puts his money where his mouth is?
And people wonder why we're so passionate about this fine man...
Money is great, but not everything. I gave on Nov5 and will give again. Starting Nov. 15 everyone must wear Ron Paul gear. I mean everyone. We need to increase his name recognition to everyone without internet or youtube use. We need to increase his voting base. We can make the hats ourselves or buy them or whatever. But I want to see everyone wearing his hats. I'm the only one where I live wearing them, and I kid you not people ask me who is Ron Paul. This works, I'm telling you.
Anyone else sense the irony of the British correspondent talking about the "Boston Tea Party"? ;-)
Agree with Skool - the cost of the Rosa Parks statue should come from the Congressional pension plan WHICH (only?) RON PAUL HAS REFUSED TO TAKE MONEY FROM.
LOL I love it! Congress has puts up a vote and Ron Paul reaches for his wallet to pay out of his own pocket rather then taking it from the tax payers. His integrity is epic! RP FTW!
The problem with our voting system is that most people do not really research the candidates. They vote for whomever their church or the biased media tell them to vote for. It seems to me that everyone so far who really looked into what the candidates stand for support Ron Paul.
America, wake the F up and start thinking for yourself!
awesome... this was the biggest attack against Ron Paul that Wold Blitzer could mount, and Ron Paul wacked it back into kingdom come :) WOOOOO nice to see he's finally moving up in the propaganda polls too.
How about for once we stop thinking about what a President will do for each of us persoanlly, take responsiblity for ourselves, and allow the man to do the job our forefathers intended the job to be. Dr.Ron Paul is the ONLY Candidate with a congressional record with Constitutional Integrity.
it's funny. wolf is a sheep. oxymoron. racism, communism, fascism, terrorism are all concoctions of the powers that be, namely rothchilds, rockafellers, 13 royal bloodlines, illuminati, j.p. morgan, skull and bones & bohemian club members to divide the people and conquer them for enslavement in the new world order. they own the money, they own the government, both domestic and international, they own the media, they own hollywood, they own us.
As a political science major in college, what Dr. Paul says, and how amazingly he handles any question thrown at him, should be heralded. The guy says what he believes to be true... you don't see that too much these days.
DillonX, your toll-free number doesn't work. "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again.".....is all I get. Further, if Dr. Paul is excluded from the debate, that will be the definitive proof the fix is in.
Even though I do not respect Wolf for all the pro-war coverage he had leading up to the Iraq War and for his attempts to belittle Dr. Paul, this was a very good interview. I especially loved how Dr. Paul explained his voting stance. Go Ron Paul!
yes - i loved that when he got a chance to explain the Rosa Parks bit -- we should do it with our own money not other peoples... Ron Paul gets it -- when is the rest of America gonna get it too? -- of course, it's always easier to spend someone elses money.
Wolf tries so hard to stump Ron Paul, but fails each time. It's amazing that he has a good answer for all the tough questions. He supports the troops by wanting to bring them home right away. There is already plenty of money reserved in the military. We don't need our tax dollars going towards awards. Such fresh yet obvious perspectives we've been ignoring for so long.
FOX is going to do everything to screw Paul out of the Iowa Debate. What a disgrace that Mike Huckabee, who can barely scrape a Million in a Quarter, has an invitation ... while Paul ... who can raise $4.3 Million in a day, does not. What it boils down to is Ron Paul's supporters aren't being polled. They're calling older Bush Neo Con supporters. Not Moderates, or Democrats disgusted by the War.
what a smart, honest man. This man is brilliant, let's see if America is smart enough to put him in the white house in stead of those corrupt, power hungry liars
Blitzer uses the cheap Neocon dirtball tactic of surreptitiously trivializing Congressman Paul by misrepresenting Dr. Paul's principled votes on trivial issues. The Neocons have that hunted look in their eyes. They know we're onto them. And intend to replace them with a patriot media.
I'm a Canadian fan of Ron Paul, and watching his rise is to see first hand the true greatness of America; not the military power or financial wealth, but the inherent goodness and courage of everyday individuals to face any opposition that would limit their liberties and freedoms. Reclaim the Republic.
Congressman Ron Paul is the man! Seriously, folks, Dr. Paul is the most principled, faithful, and honest statesman working in Congress I've ever seen. In particular, his last reply to the Rosa Parks issue was awesome.
By the way, Wolf Blitzer needs to quit asking the SAME QUESTIONS to Rep. Paul about supporting Rudy Giuliani and running in a third party. He should already know the answer. Sheesh!
ron Paul once said we all have a responsibility as individuals (meaning to help those around the world suffering from genocide, oppression, etc) but the responsibility does not lie on the government.
I hope people don't come out and say he is pro-genocide! If anything, I think this philosophy is anti-genocide. Ron Paul makes us look at our selves and ask "what I am doing as an individual to make a difference in the world".
Do we self organize groups of independently funded organizations separate from government (like our Ron Paul Groups) that have American citizens as members that help humanity around the world? ie: genocide, political prisoners, violence to citizens in zimbabwea?
Wait a minute doesn't that stuff already exist? One I know about is "Doctors without borders" Aren't there other groups that exist? Someone help me on this.
I know that doesn't mean he doesn't care. I know he is a caring man because he once said we as individuals have responsibility, but as a nation our responsibility is to take care of the people here at home.
So what can we do to help people being killed with spears and knifes in a genocide if we can't pass resolutions? Someone please explain it to me, because I feel something has to be done.
Most resolutions in cases like this are meaningless unless military aid is sent. Sending military aid to Darfur is just another action of being Policeman of the world which we don't need.
This may be hard to take, but intervention in these sorts of situations has never worked. Sending troops to foreign nations only makes the situation worse. What happens is that the US gets into a quagmire and ends up spending ridiculous amounts of money. It's a mini-iraq. Save millions of people from a brutal, tyrranical dictatorship? Sure, but it doesn't seem like such a good idea now.
The problem here stems from how do these tyranical governments get into power in the first place. In order to take over a government you need money and organization and weapons. The US has been involved in selling weapons underground to just about every nation on earth. If we didn't do that people would be able to defend themselves against oppressors. Again foreign policy screws up other nations.
I love Ron Paul and I understand his reasoning for things. It's all based on the Constitution. But what are we supposed to do when Genocide is comitted around the world?
As we speak there is a genocide going on in Darfur. I know as Ron Paul said, through the constitution, we have no authority mingle in affairs of other nations.
Well- I think Ron Paul would not necessarily oppose military intervention to stop a genocide- provided it was debated and authorized by an Act of US Congress. Although he may disagree with the soundness of the decision. I believe his real problem would be with the Executive Branch, UN, NATO, EU, military industrial complex, etc. crowd committing US troops to stop a far away genocide w/o US Congressional approval.
The question that needs to be asked in Congress though is: as terrible a thing as genocide is- would you give up your son or daughter and spend billions to stop the Hutus from killing the Tutsis or the Sunnis from killing the Shia or the Turks from killing the Armeniens? Stopping the Nazis only became a no-brainer because Hitler declared war on us and was a major, direct threat to US National Security. No one stopped us from doing away with the Native Americans, for example.
Ron Paul is absolutely incredible. I am a Canadian living in Vancouver and I have been following him, mostly on YouTube, for 6 months. I think he is going to win this thing!
Did I read that Republican poll correctly? +/- %5 error? Wouldn't that put Ron Paul's %4 within range (-1%-9%) of Huckabee and other "top candidates"? (Simultaneously putting other candidates within Ron Paul's range?)
Beauty! Dr. Paul's got it down. Of course he's been doin' the 'Constitutional rap' for 30 years!
Ya know, RP's not getting this kind of coverage on broadcast & since I don't have cable, CNN & MSNBC actually are giving RP air time and via YouTube even more airtime. I've yet to see Brian, Katie, or Charlie interview Dr. Paul on broadcast. ABC, NBC, CBS & AOL's sites are all overtly biased so I guess it's no surprise.
If Ron Paul becomes the republican candidate, with all these attacks already explained and out of the way, there's no way the democratic candidate could win. So it's no surprise that not only Mitt Romney but Hillery Clinton also tried unsuccessfully to belittle Ron Paul's November 5th fund raiser.
I love how he owns these interviews with the truth! He is so sincere! He simply amazes me! So remember we're doing another "money bomb" on Dec 16th, anniversary of The Boston Tea Party! So be part of the party!
So, when is Dr. Ron Paul Day? I wish they would include his deserved doctoral title. I don't know how it would fit with Congressman. Doctor and Congressman? Congressman and Doctor. People respect people with titles. Maybe it's time we had a congressman for President. Hmm.
Honestly, this is the first time I've seen Blitzer act halfway fair to RP or about RP. Just a couple days ago, he doubted the fundraising results and couldn't repeat "we can't confirm the numbers" or "V for Vendetta" or "Libertarian" or "big on the internet" often enough. I think it's finally occured to him he needs to treat Dr. Paul seriously.
Ofcourse ron paul beats them down everytime because he uses the rule of law and the constitution to do so. He just filters everything through it. Its not hard LOL I love it.
That was jaw dropping. Ron is getting better and better at handling the media scum. He owned Wolf. It was like dusting lint off of his shoulder. Beautiful.
Of course they brought up his voting against Rosa Park's medal of honor, even though he voted against Ronald Reagan'sandthe Pope's as well. Fuck the MSM.
Wolf in sheeps clothing just got eaten alive by the next President of the U.S.A.
Long Live the Champion of Our U.S. Constitution!!! Long Live Ron Paul!!!!!!!
Everyone MUST help spread the message about Ron Paul's candidacy since We The People CAN NOT count on the 'U.S.' TV 'News' Media to tell it like it is anymore.
See all of you fellow Patriots on Dec. 16 for the 21st Century Boston Tea Party to put Ron Paul's war chest over the $12 million mark, and show the Corporate TV 'News' Media and the Military Industrial Congressional Complex to whom they pander, who really owns America.
Folks, this is a once in a life time opportunity to put a man of principle and integrity in the White House. Screw the Bush's and the Clinton's. Let us put in a candidate that is truly founding father material. As eveidence of the markets and commodities, the banksters are stealing your hard earned wealth people.
Love the part where Wolf said "sorry to interrupt" when Ron said was commenting on military contributions. Amazing how he turned each shot around; they really tried a rapid fire assault on him. HAHA, didn't work assholes!
EVERY single TIME they TRY to discredit Dr. Paul he ends up looking like a saint.
Wolf didn't expect that Ron was saving the US taxpayers money! Yes! WHY SHOULD THE TAXPAYERS PAY FOR A MEDAL?
Frivolous spending and printing money out of thin air is what got us into the problems we face today. Along with putting our nose where it doesn't belong.

I have a bad feeling about Giuliani.
The problem with our voting system is that most people do not really research the candidates. They vote for whomever their church or the biased media tell them to vote for. It seems to me that everyone so far who really looked into what the candidates stand for support Ron Paul.

How about for once we stop thinking about what a President will do for each of us persoanlly, take responsiblity for ourselves, and allow the man to do the job our forefathers intended the job to be. Dr.Ron Paul is the ONLY Candidate with a congressional record with Constitutional Integrity.

At least Ron Paul had the opportunity to explain himself--and as always did it well. Idiocy and tyranny have choked our great nation far too long.
dhprince 4 years ago 4
yes - i loved that when he got a chance to explain the Rosa Parks bit -- we should do it with our own money not other peoples...

Such fresh yet obvious perspectives we've been ignoring for so long.
adpny 4 years ago 3
FOX is going to do everything to screw Paul out of the Iowa Debate. What a disgrace that Mike Huckabee, who can barely scrape a Million in a Quarter, has an invitation ... while Paul ... who can raise $4.3 Million in a day, does not. What it boils down to is Ron Paul's supporters aren't being polled. They're calling older Bush Neo Con supporters. Not Moderates, or Democrats disgusted by the War.

Sheesh!

MystikWizard 4 years ago
ron Paul once said we all have a responsibility as individuals (meaning to help those around the world suffering from genocide, oppression, etc) but the responsibility does not lie on the government.
I hope people don't come out and say he is pro-genocide! If anything, I think this philosophy is anti-genocide. Ron Paul makes us look at our selves and ask "what I am doing as an individual to make a difference in the world".
maraljan 4 years ago
Do we self organize groups of independently funded organizations separate from government (like our Ron Paul Groups) that have American citizens as members that help humanity around the world? ie: genocide, political prisoners, violence to citizens in zimbabwea?
Wait a minute doesn't that stuff already exist? One I know about is "Doctors without borders" Aren't there other groups that exist? Someone help me on this.
maraljan 4 years ago
I....Love....that....man
ajmunson 4 years ago 3
I know that doesn't mean he doesn't care. I know he is a caring man because he once said we as individuals have responsibility, but as a nation our responsibility is to take care of the people here at home.
So what can we do to help people being killed with spears and knifes in a genocide if we can't pass resolutions? Someone please explain it to me, because I feel something has to be done.
maraljan 4 years ago
Most resolutions in cases like this are meaningless unless military aid is sent. Sending military aid to Darfur is just another action of being Policeman of the world which we don't need.
neitzezc 4 years ago
This may be hard to take, but intervention in these sorts of situations has never worked. Sending troops to foreign nations only makes the situation worse. What happens is that the US gets into a quagmire and ends up spending ridiculous amounts of money. It's a mini-iraq. Save millions of people from a brutal, tyrranical dictatorship? Sure, but it doesn't seem like such a good idea now.
velation 4 years ago 2
Yep remember the mess we got into in Somalia when we were trying to feed the poor?
Sclorch 4 years ago 2
The problem here stems from how do these tyranical governments get into power in the first place. In order to take over a government you need money and organization and weapons. The US has been involved in selling weapons underground to just about every nation on earth. If we didn't do that people would be able to defend themselves against oppressors. Again foreign policy screws up other nations.
mickeysears 4 years ago 2
Exactly.
The CIA has never overthrown a dictator, only democratically elected leaders like Mossadeq in Iran, Allende in Chile, and Armas in Guatemala.
EchelonMonitor 4 years ago
Hi Everyone,
I love Ron Paul and I understand his reasoning for things. It's all based on the Constitution. But what are we supposed to do when Genocide is comitted around the world?
As we speak there is a genocide going on in Darfur. I know as Ron Paul said, through the constitution, we have no authority mingle in affairs of other nations.
maraljan 4 years ago
Well- I think Ron Paul would not necessarily oppose military intervention to stop a genocide- provided it was debated and authorized by an Act of US Congress. Although he may disagree with the soundness of the decision. I believe his real problem would be with the Executive Branch, UN, NATO, EU, military industrial complex, etc. crowd committing US troops to stop a far away genocide w/o US Congressional approval.
Smythtown94 4 years ago
The question that needs to be asked in Congress though is: as terrible a thing as genocide is- would you give up your son or daughter and spend billions to stop the Hutus from killing the Tutsis or the Sunnis from killing the Shia or the Turks from killing the Armeniens? Stopping the Nazis only became a no-brainer because Hitler declared war on us and was a major, direct threat to US National Security. No one stopped us from doing away with the Native Americans, for example.
Smythtown94 4 years ago 6
One more thing, the rest of the congress did NOT take up on the Doctor's offer to pitch in $100, if they were so serious about it.

Beauty!
PapaSmurerf 4 years ago
If Ron Paul becomes the republican candidate, with all these attacks already explained and out of the way, there's no way the democratic candidate could win. So it's no surprise that not only Mitt Romney but Hillery Clinton also tried unsuccessfully to belittle Ron Paul's November 5th fund raiser.

Also, I liked it when Blitzer interviewed Cheney. He almost got killed by Cheney's evil eye for some questions he asked Cheney.
