@MQFD1933 Incorrect. There is no way to enforce the "right of way" at an intersection where the possibility of vehicles going 55+ MPH exists. Doing that creates an deadly hazard where people would be slamming on their brakes and people behind them would have little or no time to react. Emergency vehicles are ASKING for the right of way at an intersection. If you'd have ever attended EVOC, you would know this as it's one of the first things explained to students.
CMAN In Maine it is a law that any emergency vehicle has the right of way when Lights and siren are activated. If you dont pull over and they get your plate # You will recieve a summons via mail.
