  • I <3 THIS SONG! :)

  • 6 people might as well die

  • The girls are gross in this. Gr8 song

  • No bob Dylan only wrote the chorus, the rest is by old crow

  • @Nattybrophie Correction, it was a Dylan original, and the two signed a co-writer agreement since he didn't finish the song and they wanted to. He had more than just the chorus done though before Old Crow approached him.

  • @notiradeshere Albeit he had just the refrain and chorus written, he did have more than the chorus. lol

  • You know this is just the Old Crow Medicine Show's version of a bob dylan song..

  • its gillian welch!

  • we sing this at 4h camp its petty awesome when we sing it

  • these chicks are so hot.

  • I call the brunette with the shoulder tattoo

  • this song makes me smile :)

  • music videos a little wierd but the song kicks ass

  • I love the women in this video

  • 5 people clicked the wrong box.

  • I see this is old time music for the rich bitches who's father's made multi-millions stealing the soul of traditional country music in Nashville Inc.No Oakies or redknecks these babes,no moonshine, they consume cocaine & pay in ready cash.

  • @RasMajnouni as long as you play good music it shouldnt matter into what state you were born, rich or poor. As long as the music has soul, which this does, who cares? how you were born shouldnt determine what you can and cannot do.

  • @ohk321 State??? Shouldn't matter what country :) Im a Canadian, eh. LOL. I love this song though!

  • @RasMajnouni shut up please. that's a retarded point.

  • these girls have curves, not skinny broom sticks like all you see today. EPIC!

  • so... who is playing the fiddle in the video? haha

  • love this vid!!

  • Honestly those are some of the most gorgeous women I have ever seen

  • @fatuthminister Sorry.

  • I love this song OCMS kicks ass

  • those dancing girls = epic. I want a set for my living room.

  • just thought i'd say i was born in Jc. tenn

  • I like the Against Me cover of this song just a little better than this.

  • I love the song and video, but what purpose does that corn-fed heffer sitting on the crate serve? .....she looks hungry and angry.

  • i think she is beautiful actually, wassup man cant you handle real women!!!

  • i like how they switch the insturments lol...

  • Couldn't agree more. This is one of my favorite songs, but I've yet to find another one of theirs I like nearly as much.

  • check out thier song methamphetamine, same kind of vocal harmonics, little more dark but still a beautiful song. It gives me chills

  • Nice Bob Dylan cover.

  • he only wrote the chorus

  • I just discovered this song (and band) last night. I've been listening to it over and over again like a mental patient.

I hope the rest of their stuff is half as good as this.

  • That is exactly what I did when I discovered them a few years ago!!!

And for the record, the rest of their stuff is just as good.

    Enjoy, dude!

  • isn't it great?!

  • Don't worry...I discovered this song and band last summer...and I've been listening to it over and over again like a mental patient too...Check out the video for "Tell It To Me"

  • Tune ,fellow mental patient, I heard these guys on the radio, loved this song, didn't know who they was, long story short, saw them on austin city limits. Diagnosis; Cronic Old Crow Medicine Show Addiction !! P.S. Buying all their CD'S .

  • class video. perhaps one of the greatest songs ever written.

  • It isn´t Gillian Welch and David Rawlings counting the money?Sure it is.

  • this truely is one of my favorite songs

  • great, 5 st

  • perhaps one of the greatest Americana songs ever ...

  • Americana? True..

But I just call it "that good ol music"

  • Those pretty gals aleways end up breakin' ma 'eart.

  • I love the verse from 1:33-2:00 awesome from beginning to end though!

  • bring old crow to Newfoundland!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Good song, this type of music isn't my cup o' tea, but we play it like 3 times a night at the bar that I work at. Good times <3

  • what are the chances of them coming to oz?

  • Always brings a tear to my ear. Lookin' into the eyes of those who pass you by with your thumb up. Wonderin' what they're thinkin'. Someone finally pullin' over. The journey continues...thanks for posting this!

  • As usual it takes a few years for great music to filter downunder to Oz.Great band

  • just saw the show in chicago, best in years

  • I ADORE OCMS. I wish I had known of them when they lived up here in the mountains of TN (near Johnson City). MY FAVORITE song of all time is WW and I think always will be. New CD out TNPusher is great...best is "Alabama High-Test." I've already purchased 3. Which Pres. candidate might legalize that stuff???!!!

  • I love this song...but this video really doesn't suit the tone of the song. It's an achingly melancholy song, and the band is at a funfair with strippers?!? Talk about jarring contrasts.

  • You are kidding right? the video is awesome, its so sleazy and fits perfectly, like its an old time rag show, cheap as fuck and you just aint sure whether the birds are shaggable or not, I just love it te bits!

  • i agree. BeyondIndigo32 is just a hater. i love the song.

  • This song is pensive at worst if you listen to the music and not just the words. I think the video is perfect. They're working at the funfair, not visiting it. A lonely life but one that was actually lived. Lots of friends but noone you would dare get attached to. Maybe the band is using this video to dictate the mood of the song. Why would you say the artist is wrong instead of checking your own interpretation? Would you ignore all but the primary colors in a painting?

  • (directed at beyondIndigo32)

  • this reminds me of my summer in NC <3 yay

  • Great song

  • I hope these guys come back to Vancouver and advertise the show this time !!!

  • These guys do a great job. This is an amazing Dillon Song. I think the Last Minute String Band rocks this song better. I love the video on this one. Very smooth.

  • check out Matt Anderson...he does a sweet cover of this song as well. He's about 300 lbs but the guy can sing lol.

  • i want those sunglasses

  • yeah i loved this song like all my freakin life, but i'm pissed no ringtone places have it

  • wat a song ,,, could lisin to it all day

  • One of the groups sang this song at camp for a presentation...this is good, but I'm not too fond of the lead singer. Might just be personal preference, but the song is soooo amazing!!

  • the lead singer is fucking awesome... dont know what the hell u r talking about!

  • Might just be personal preference, though...

  • you need to see these guys live......trust me, it will change your opinion.

  • Do they have concerts anymore?

  • ha funny

  • i went to the teluride bluegrass festival with my dad and saw these guys! this song was sang many times on the ride there from breckenridge where he resides. fun times. great memories! ;)

  • Folk music is alive and well, it just can't stay dead can it?

  • fantastic stuff...never heard them b4.

  • best soonnggg ever.

  • thums up to this here.. sum good shit right there i tell you what...

  • don't understand why this song brings tears to my eyes; it just does.

  • sweet!!

  • Little known fact: This song was written by Bob Dylan and Ketch Secor. Dylan started the song and wrote the verse and Secor (from Old Crow Medicine Show) wrote the verses and finished it.

  • Oops Bob Dylan wrote the chorus...

  • Correct.

He wrote it for Peckinpaw's move "Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid" which Dylan acted in. The chorus never made it to an album but Ketch Secor was entranced by it so he wrote this song and the credits read "Dylan/Secor" on the OCMS cut.

  • I just fell for this song when I heard it at a GARY ALLAN concert. It is one of HIS pre-show tunes. I asked around and finally someone was able to tell me who was playing it. Just GREAT!!

  • whats with the biker chicks

  • If you know anything about ole school blue grass music you wouldn't ask about tatooed biker chicks.

    Just sayin'

  • Very good ... Thanks alot for this ...

  • Great song!

  • I love this song......
