how many frames, pivot can load, about 400 frames, if your work have more, you have to split that into parts.

hey, yeah...I got a solution to your problem. You would have to make your movies divided into parts (the more longer, the more parts). Do a short bit of your movie (maybe about 60 frames) then save that as a .gif file. then open a new project and continue on with the movie and do the same thing. It may be hard to keep the stickman in the same location for each part, but that's how I do it. Then, once your done, go to windows movie maker and just connect all the movies together there...

you can use camtasia, never hypercam, or save it as gif again, go to windows movie maker and make sure u have the settings to the lowest time for each frame, then show storyboard, hilight all, copy and past into storyboard, and wait for it all to load into it
