is this kind of veil allowed in Islam? I am christian catholic as far as I know the veil was hijab but this called niqab is strange.. to cover a woman enterily.. I don't know why do muslims celebrate when a christian comes to islam.. if the islam says christrians are part of the book.. and christians will be saved.. then only muslims will go to heaven? and non-muslims go to hell?

Hijab is required for women. The niqab is neither forbidden nor required, but it is rewarded. And YES we cheer and feel happy for anyone (not just Christians) when they Enter ISLAM, because it is the ONLY acceptable way to Allah's salvation after the prophethood of Muhammad (PBUH). We do indeed believe that both Old and New Testament are originally from Allah and they do now contain some of the original teachings. But we also believe that they have been changed drastically.

Muslims believe that Christian and Jews could enter Heaven, but those who have heard the message of ISLAM and rejected it will not. Christians specially those who worship Jesus as God or part of Trinity (like Catholics) will be punished the most for clearly going against Allah's First commandment of not worshipping anyone but the creator of heavens and earth. Of course the Deity of Jesus is fabricated & I have yet to meet a Christian who could inelegantly explain the absurdity of the Trinity.

Pollonegro21, There is no such thing as a Coptic language spoken in Egypt at this time.

Arabic is the only language spoken in Egypt today by all religions even the Coptic bible is in written in Arabic.

Coptic language is not the correct name of any languages that previously spoken in Egypt but some mistakenly consider or call the late stage of the ancient Egyptian languages with this name. Though no one speaks any form of them on the street.

To all our sisters who commented against niqab:plse dont be jugdemental in our new sisters,though we may not agree with them,we should appreciate their sincerity and seriousness in practising the deen.Why does it bother us so much to see our sisters in niqab while our other sisters still in jahiliyah dressing code.MashaAllah when i see this video,it makes me reflect and do retrospective check on myself as a born muslimah.

Niqaab is a part of Islam whether you follow the opinion that it's compulsory or recommended, there's no dispute that it's part of Islam. You said faith is in the heart; it is but it's also in speech and actions therefore in all matters, including dress we refer it back to Allah and His Messenger by following Qur'aan and the authentic Sunnah.
