which tomb raider game are you thinking to get next, underworld or angel of darkness , underworld is a little similar to legend and angel of darkness is way different it has lots of conversations and a little bit of new moves and guns and a good story

friend I recommend you use this reuco to have all weapons, ammunition and healing is: you get your guns (normal) a step back, one step forward, in cunclillas three full turns, and jumped back! and you have all the weapons ^ ^

This whole level is about finishing off the spider..................admitt­edly he's quite a tricky boss to defeat, but when he's been dispatched, then it's the end of the level. There's no more challenges left, so why did the programmers bother with the climb out and running to the helicopter.........it's a limp end to a good entertaining game.

The reason ought to be that in the erlier years graphics werent such a big issue so the developers could focus more on the gameplay. Today, it's all about graphics, graphics, graphics. It has to look cool or else its s***.

Well, not all game developers focus only on graphics, like Naughty Dog, Ubisoft, and Sucker Punch ;) They made fantastic games like Ucnharted 1 and 2, Prince of Persia, Infamous, and much more :)

Don't go over the white lines you see, just stay in the ring until he gets "paralyzed" from your shots, then run to the artifact you're closest to..And remember to be fast.. When you got all 4 artifacts, the meteorite in the middle goes down and Willard is vulnerable.. Take out your heavy artillery and FINISH HIM OFF GOD DAMNIT!!

It's easy. Just be alert and fast. Never give up as well. ;) I also calculated something. Willard stays dead for 12-13 seconds after 6 shots of rockets. It's hectic sometimes.

you do realize that you can step over the white lines, it's just you can't cross back over them. so you could cross them to shoot him while you run to get the next stone, or at least set yourself up to. you HAVE to stay in the small cricle if you do cross them

i know but i wasnt really concerned about it. I developed a decent strategy after trying different techniques and plus memorizing the number of bullets it takes to freeze him gives you a little head start on running for the stones.

The other day I actually made it out of the cavern without killing him to see if the level ends but the first gate it locked.

Yes a few other people have tried as well, but there is no way around that gate so you cannot end the level unfortunately.

Ryan now I've watched all your TR-TR3 speedruns on youtube. First off: (as every1 says great runs) and second of all its fun to watch your first movies of TR and your last movies of TR3 you can see that you are getting better and better. Btw imo the real TR ended with TR3.. So instead of keep completing TR4 go for improving your times on the 3 first games =)

Just an addition as I came across that Japaneese version speedrunner today I thought that with his strategi on floating Islands around "the cage" instead of dodging inside it will shave off enough minutes that other small improvements on the other levels will put you under 2h using only pistols.. Now that would be awesome wouldn't it? ;) keep up the good work mate..

Well, the first hints are that you shoot at this spider with the rocket launcher 4 times. Then, quickly take one of the artifacts and the spider will wake up again. Again, always shoot this spider with the rocket launcher four times when getting each artifact and always save in each slot when taking each artifact. After taking the artifacts, the meteorite will burst on the spider's back and shoot it with the rocket launcher and it will explode the spider and you alreadt finished this spider.

What was the point of shooting the spider? Couldn't you of just walked past him? Or even take damage from him, if the damage saves time.

haha nooo. If he shoots even once you will die and there's no way to avoid it. Many people have tried to avoid killing him and its impossible. You need to pick up the 4 artifacts and kill the spider.
