  • Horrible...no soul to that once fantabulous pork belly. Less is more--let the belly speak for itself!

  • This looks like a totally ruined pork belly. Skin off? No Crisp? Dry meat? ...and yes, plastic gloves have no place in a professional kitchen. Except maybe when dealing with eel blood or something else that might harm you through contact.

  • this... this just isnt right. whats with the gloves. The guy is cooking the pig at far too high a temp, for too short a period. the meat clearly looks dry. It has seized up from the heat... salting your oil degrades the quality of the oil, he should just lightly and carefully salt his veg. what is with this stabbing the meat thing? all that DOES IS DRY IT OUT. THE SAME AS FANNING IT OUT. UGH. RESPECT YOUR FUCKING INGREDIENTS. dammit this makes me angry.

  • Plastic gloves in a kitchen is not proffesional practice, washing your hands is. Wearing plastic clothes whilst working in a high temperature enviroment is stupid for one very obvious reason
