I think it's very funny. I also think that anyone that took a comedy sketch that seriously in even FUNNIER!
Although, in saying that, I think the returning of dead parrots to pet stores is abominable and I would never patronize a store that would do that.

That's really not funny. In some cases people actually do abandon their pets because they can't take them to their new residence. I would never even consider living in a place where my pets weren't welcome.
