step 2. log onto another account and do the same thing!!!

step 3. open your windows movie maker or whatever you have and add the two pictures.

Hey all, i found a patch for runescape that will give you full lvl in two optional stats. You can choose whaterver stats you want, but not more than two of them. If you are over lvl 50 you can change 4 of your stats, and if you are over lvl 100 it will change 7. I have only tried with a lvl 82, but it should change 7 if your over lvl 100.
