Make fun of the guys accent as much as you like. Strictly from a marketing perspective, this ad is terrific. I was on a long trip recently where I endured this exact sort of crack in my windshield. I immediately thought of their ad and they got my business.

Bit rich at $130 though. Shop around you can get the same job for $70 ish. Windscreens are over $400 too, you can get em for $200/250 elsewhere. Everyone has the lifetime warranty

This is just like the Safelite AutoGlass commercial here in the USA, and the Autoglass/Carglass commercials in Europe. And yes, they inject their "special resin" here in the States, too.

Then again, Safelite, Autoglass/Carglass, and O'Brien have the same parent company (Belron). What works in one part of the world often works in another.
