Just as long as you are considered to be a terrorist, or as the bill states, an "enemy combatant". I have no problem with the National Defense Authorization Act, because it means that all serving members of the military are now empowered to arrest, indefinitely detain, torture, or KILL anyone they SUSPECT of engaging in terrorism - including George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, David Rockefeller, and all the so-called "representatives" who passed this act in the first place.

The military can now detain most of Congress.
