@louievize I can't tell you what that track is called but it frequently is played on the Lucky Star (the english version at least) anime series, perhaps that will help in tracking it down...
UCR - The satisfaction from purchasing the dairy product presented in the video; the whole "smile" thing going on.
UCS - Supposedly the exceptional or unique taste of this particular carton of milk. The visual use of small cupids floating out of the milk reinforces a positive sensation that may come from trying the product, in this case, deliciousness?
CS - Purchasing this product; pretty much the CS of every ad ever made. Buy this and feel more satisfied.
CS (continued) - The act of purchasing a product is then paired with the UCS (delicious taste in this case), to trigger the CR.
CR - In this video, the gesture of smiling in relation to great consumer satisfaction. Don't confuse this with the UCR, which is basically the appeal to one of your senses (taste) eg. the UCR is the natural response such as generally liking to the milk product, where as your CR is the specific, often desirable response that the advertisement tries to sell.
CR(continued) - Which would be buy our milk and smile as opposed to the UCR slogan of buy our milk and see how it appeals to your sense of taste in regards to your overall liking of our specific product. CR= Smile UCR= Love it/Find it better than other milk brands.
