"He" (name is unknown) was a member of the Serbian Wolf's (a Serbian paramilitary group with Slavik fought befor) command crew on board the Montauk.

Slavik shoot him, because he was the one who sold Slavik out to Hassan.

Hassan is killing Slavic, because he is the leader of the black hand(NOD eliete unit) Oxana is rescuing him because she knows that Hassan is a traitor, and maybe was ordered by Cabal ir kane himself to do so.

I didn't play the otehr version, so maybe that Cabal is a modified version, like the firestorm one(Didn't like Cabal's face in that one)

QAI isn't meant to provide comic relief. The in-game cinematics like this one are SO incredibly cheesy and funny.

Arguably the quality of the cinematics improved slightly in FA, but they still are quite boring in comparison.

And frankly tiberium wars is no competiton for supcom. Crazy micromanagement, cramped maps, worst acting ever, poor strategic gameplay but superior graphics. Just like watching a B-grade action movie.
