In theory if someone were to also put some positive energy onto your third eye it might make the process work faster and better for the first time. I don't really know for sure but it sounds effective.

While everything that you teach is knowledge that I've had for year and years now, The shower technique is different for me.

Instead of letting the water hit my forehead, I let it hit the top and run down. This helped with awareness and thought.
