  • i cant believe everyone doesnt see that she growls when he plays. but as soon as he says sit or gives her a command she stops nd listens. yall need to chill. nobody is perfect. so stop judging. im sure all your animals do shit that shouldnt be done. damn.

  • @713blackrose go a way . Stop Juding ? its not juding . People are saying true , because that kinda "FUN" sooner or later will end with bad consequence for owner or worse his little baby . This breed its not a Labrador that dont have strong temperament. its a rottweiler if you know what does it mean ? Yea all of dogs have some things to repair ,but not so obvious like we see here !! so stop being a "Proper boy" and how old are you ?

  • You, sir, have a beautiful dog! :-) These videos serve to prove that Rotweillers are only mean to people that are mean to them, just like any other dog.

  • Am I the only other Rottweiler owner that understands that any dog will play growl.

You will understand the difference from a play growl to an aggressive growl.

In play my Rottweiler bitch can sound like she will rip your face off but it's all down to knowing your dog.

In a play situation, I have no problem with my dog growling with anyone.

I always supervise with anyone other than familiar and responsible family members.

  • @lisaeberling Im sure you understand this. That growling is'nt a dog showing dominance or aggression it them talking and its the same as barking :) If you dog doesnt bark thats because it a cat :) lol

But yes people do take these things way to serious :/

  • I Sorry, I Can't Watch Anymore ! Of This OMG !!!!

LoversCave, I Understand What You'r Trying To Prove I Do I Truely Do. But Your Going To Wind Up Getting Hurt Probley -Yes I Might Be Wrong- But.... She's Growling, Yea Some Dog's Growl While They Play. But...

    I Can't Watch Anymore, I'm Sorry

As It Is, I'm TENSED UP. Watching This, I Jumped Cause The Camera Falling Down And I Thought She GOT YOU!! OMFG I Truely Thought She Got You On Camera....

Again, Yea She's Obediant.. But, Again....

  • @sorryunlucky I'm getting the impression that you have never trained a dog beyond maybe a pet. It's obvious you're not a professional. I do not think the owner of this animal has a clue about actual dog behavior and neither do you. Your reaction to this video is a little extreme. After watching the series of videos I think this owner is ignorant and uneducated. The dog is not vicious or trained to bite but is confused. Clear communication is the key. And it is lost here.

  • Note to self: DO NOT GET AN ANNOYING ASS BIRD.

  • You could have the most well trained dog in the world but if you can't touch her ball without her growling at you then that's clearly saying something. I'm not saying that Rottweiler’s don't perhaps "grumble" when they play & maybe they are prone to doing that HOWEVER in every single video that I've seen of yours she growls at you for everything!? I'm not saying that she is a bad dog but if you carry on letting her dominate you then you're gonna run into bigger problems later on.

  • This is how every dog I've ever owned has played. It's the only time any of them ever growled, too. And I've had pit bulls, collies, all kinds of terriers- you name it- large and small breeds. Well trained dogs know the difference between when they're playing and when they're not. My last pit bull would snarl and growl like he was going to eat you- until the second you said" enough"- when he would stop immediately. And no breed is dangerous- only poorly trained individual dogs.

  • hes probably dead by now

  • I have a rot and he does the same thing too. And I TAUGHT him to growl on command. Sometimes dogs growl when you play with them, just like in this video. His dog isn't being rewarded for bad behaviour, he's being rewarded for obeying the command....

  • This is seriously getting sad.

A dog's growl is not always menacing.

Just for the record, guard dogs are trained to have many ways to make it feint a growl, why? Because it scares the shit out of people, and fools them.

Just like this dog has you all.

So i'd say this guy has trained him perfectly.

Guard dogs are MEANT to growl and bark on command and by many ways of invocation.

    Watch the video again.

You might actually notice how he is making the dog growl and stop on command.

  • This guy needs a Yorkshire Terrier because he cannot manage with a dog. This dog one day will bite him so hard he'll get it put to sleep. He says it's well trained? Bullshit no dog growls like that if it's controlled and why the fuck does he keep whistling like a bird?

  • @sorryunlucky

Lol. That's a bird that's making that sound. xD The first time the bird whistles you can obviously see the guy's lips aren't moving. He has more than one pet.

Plus, that dogs obviously no harm. o: Just a well trained guard dog. If the rot was serious, her teeth would be showing.

  • @Fallendemona

You cannot have a guard dog and a pet at the same time, it just doesn't work out. The dog will eventually maul someone if he's trying to get the dog to guard. And this isn't "guarding" the dogs simply thinking it's meant to guard it's self and bite everyone.

  • @sorryunlucky

No teeth, relaxed, and not biting. If she wanted to bite him, she would. She didn't. That dog's not gonna maul anyone. She's well trained. You have to look for real signs, not just fronts like growling.

It's kind of like a kitten trying to be mean. They can hiss all they want, but it's still adorable.

  • @Fallendemona

Except a kitten cannot do serious harm to a baby/kid like these dogs can. I'm not being hypocritical I know they can kill a kid.

  • @sorryunlucky

There's a difference between can and will. I can kill a kid too. Will I? No. Neither will this dog.

  • @Fallendemona

That's you not the dog. This dog has been trained to bite.

  • @sorryunlucky

    Obviously it won't.

  • @Fallendemona

No it's not obvious besides. I'm fed up with arguing with a retard who just contradicts everything.

  • @sorryunlucky

That's the way to win a debate. Call someone names. You, sir, or madame, seem to need to grow up a little. I'm not angry, so I wouldn't call this an argument. But what you just wrote was very mean and hurtful against actual retards.

If you want to believe so badly that this dog is so vicious, I guess that's fine because obviously the man who owns that puppy is fine with it. But, I for one, know that dog is very well trained and wouldn't hurt someone.

  • @Fallendemona

My Rottie is well trained and I can put my hand in his food take his ball off of him and play tug of war and in none of these games or anything he doesn't growl. The only time he's known to of growled or barked is when someone's on my property. And I haven't trained him to bite nor guard if a dog gets attached to you it begins to guard your property like mine does. Once he got out and someone happened to of tried to be breaking into my shed they ran off over a 6 foot fence.

  • Hope you get bitten so you learn. LOL

  • I'm not sure if this is a good sign. Are you training her to not be submissive to you? Is that meant to be one of her 'tricks'?

  • Why the hell do are you rewarding her for bad behaviour? You're a dead loss mate. Get her trained right now. Or better yet....get a cat.

  • yeah play with your dog cause that's the only friend you have i'll bet you suck your dog's penis too

  • @DrezsD21 - lolz... but thats a female

  • use it. For instance, the dog got off the bed when he wanted to, not when you wanted him to. Ask yourself, can you get her by the collar and just pull her off the bed when you want her to get off without being bitten? When you want your baby back, can you just pick the baby up while the dog is growling without being bitten? Can you take food or a bone right out of the dogs mouth? If you cant do one of these things, the dog thinks she is boss, and you are below her. She will only growl when you

  • There is a difference between vicious and dominance. Vicious would be a dog who attacks for no reason, usually abused dogs such as fighting dogs are vicious. A dominant dog is what you have, one who thinks he is the alpha dog and only growls or attack when you try to make it do something it does not want to do, like get off the bed, or if you try to take something from it, like the baby. An alpha dog thinks everything in the house belongs to it, and will only let you use it when it wants you to

  • LOL all your videos show that ur rottie just growls at you.Dont you get the fact that this is DANGEROUS ?It shows that the dog is WARNING YOU.What else you need to see to believe it ?Stop harassing the dog , stop giving it treats without reason , and BE THE BOSS.Go get it trained before its too late.

  • Rott's love to talk. I do not think she is vicious. They are so sweet. I had two. And she loved to talk.

  • @LanaV6 yeah they do...but the rott in the video's not talking in a good way. my doberman also loves to talk, she's always howling and whining and barking...and sometimes growling. but not at me. and it's a nice growl. that dog here is challenging her owner...she thinks she's the boss and that's why she's growling so much...not because she loves to talk.

  • @NaydeeBear92 You seem to one of those people who view dog's just as a pet, I see them as a friend or family oh and I can be certain that you have slacked off at work or something, why should you be paid then?, you haven't earn't it. I know being at eye level with the "dog" normally represents submissive hints but it also shows signs of affection, i don't know you have your opinion and i have mine but it's just my experiences with dogs through the last 15 years of my life.

  • @PorcelainLove23 I agree full heartedly.

  • Yes she is an obediant dog.... however. .. she is growling at you why? My rottweiler NEVER growls at me when I play with her. Why are you giving her treats and praise that she hasn't earned? Why are you rolling around on the floor with her... let alone getting lower then she is - you dog takes it as submissive signs.. no wonder why she challenges you as alpha.

  • @NaydeeBear92

he plays with her when she growls so she thinks its part of the play,, you dont do that with your dog so ur dog doesnt think its part of the play,, my dog does growl,, its what they are thought:) dude i love your vids,, you gotta love these hate comments? people searching for the bad while obviously there is way more good,, ofcourse what they see can be interpetated that way,, but its just a small part of whats happening

  • @NaydeeBear92 when I play with my dog (a lab/pitt mix, so he's pretty big) he growls at me, and he hasn't bit me since he was a teething puppy that we had just gotten. He doesn't bite any of us, we can take his food while he's eating, tug on his tail, and he just gives us a "dude wtf?" look. Just because a dog makes a lot of noise doesn't mean anything

  • @NaydeeBear92 sometimes a dog can growl when you are pulling on a rope or ball in their mouth, its a playfull growl because they know you are trying to take their possession but would give it back, at least thats how it was with my bullmastiv.

  • @NaydeeBear92 you're an idiot, there not wild animals anymore and rottweilers CERTAINLY grow, they are known for being one of the noisiest dogs alive, one of mine growls every chance it gets and not once has it bitten anyone in its entire life.

  • @PvMPlague Before you go ahead calling me an idiot mate, realise this. Yes, dogs are now domesticated however they still function by their old PACK rules. My dog has NEVER once growled at me. I may take her food off when she's eating and she won't growl. Why should she. That is MY food I am allowing her to eat. I can walk up to her when she has a bone and ruffle around with her face and take the bone off her. She will NOT growl as it's MY bone that she is happily chewing on.

  • @PvMPlague I could be playing tug-of-war with her and you know what.. Once again she will NOT growl. That is MY toy she is playing with that I allow her to use. Yes she is a vocal dog, she howls, grumbles, barks, whines but NEVER growls. Would you like to know why? I AM THE ALPHA!!!

  • I don't think she is vicious. Those people are naive.

  • shes fairly well trained, Beautiful rottie you have =]
