this is sad, BP in 2009 claimed they found a 3 billion barrel (deep) oil field in the gulf of Mexico. then ? well we can see. Obama please step up. what if the field is bigger?

One has to ask, why has this product not been used BEFORE the oil hit the shorelines?! AND why is it still not being used? Instead TOXIC dispersants are used?!
