What an Asshole, he's like "let's save some woodlands in the middle of our DT, in the metro area." Why not be a true preservationist and go help save the rainforest or anti-suburban sparwl. Aren't there laws regarding misuse of the judicial system against those who file too many frivolous lawsuits? Why doesn't the Mayor of Kennesaw and his offices file suit against this guy and have him charged with abusing the system? This happened to one woman somewhere and the judge told her if she filed one more lawsuit she would go to prison. Sounds like this little redneck guy is a perfect experiment for that.

So this is partially why downtown Kennesaw has a very rural look compared to Marietta or Smyrna. Kind of angering when I think about it.
