For those who would like answers to the questions that have been asked here. The title of the movie is "WAY OUT WEST". The year the movie was made was 1937. The song sung at the end of the movie is titled "Going Down To Dixie. I am a collector of Laurel and Hardy movies. I have evry "talkie" movie they ever made.
