  • beautiful bike

  • I thought your R6 was strong enough to wheelie by just accelerating hard in 1st gear?

  • @MoreLikeCappuccino it is but power wheelies whind out your gear and clutch ups will stand it straight up

  • How tall are you??? Im thinking about getting this bike. Please reply

  • @screamooohhh yea I got the 09 R6 and it will pop it up in 2nd too. Took me by surprise the first time I did it, felt the front end get lose and I realized I just did a wheelie. I want to wheelie it higher so bad, but also want to keep it shiny...

  • filmed with a toaster or what

  • @epiphonehtm I'm in the same boat with ya. Its nice owning a $9k bike, but not if you wreck it. I'm bought to save and look for a use "stunt" bike.

  • @REM44MAG well, if your going for a stunt bike make sure you get an f4i or a 636....i got rid of my 01 r6 bout a year and a half ago stunted it out, cage-diff sprockets ect; its damn near hard to stunt on an r6's tho cuz thier powerbands are so high. For example i could pop it up at 2G just by power wheelies but the powerband didnt kick in till like 8-9 aka extremly dangerous (-2 and +2 in the back)...just a suggestion

  • Got Gear?

  • 1 frame per second

  • you mean second gear? I dont' get it someone help.

  • That red is beautiful! I'd be polishing that bike every weekend...even during the winter!

  • weak

  • weak

  • this is HD LOL auhahauahuha

  • Sweet gear man... HA

  • ten co nagrywał filmik jedzie bez kluczyka xD

  • Is that the candy red color because im bout to get 2011 wit that color and that shit looks hot when the sun hits it.

  • THAT BIIKE IS FUCKING PENG!!!

  • @scotch123bright for sure I had a 250r but now I got my r6 so I'm experimenting wheelies

  • you clutch it or power it?

  • thats kinda sketch, put some gear on also.

  • thats kinda sketch

  • <3 the red colour ^^

  • @420css I'm gettin an 07 in may :) I'm stoked!!!! U live in Cali? We can go Ridin

  • im too nervous to pop a wheelie like that. any tips

  • Get un nervous. Learn balance point, reaction time, practice on little dirt bike. start with bicycle if you have to. Gearing the bike down makes it easier. learn hitting the back break softly when needed. watch instructional videos. Best of all watch it live.

  • @philipgalindo

you shouldnt be giving advice lol you suck buddy

  • @pikachustunning That was a really nice thing to say O-O haha... no way in hell was that a shit wheelie!!!

  • @philipgalindo You should`nt bend your legs when youre doing stand up wheelie. Check on every instructional videos. Straight legs ftw!

And why not use a jacket at least? It looks silly man, not tough..!

    Nice riding tho

  • @philipgalindo about the back break... if i go past the balance point and use the back brake, will it bring me back down even if my throttle is still open? or will it only bring me down if i close the throttle?

  • @dustinthedrummer1 learn to pop a wheelie lol then you get a r6 i can shift thro gears holding a wheelie on my dirtbike.. im getting a 08 r6 with pc5 and full exhaust :D its blacked out with few more mods

  • @dustinthedrummer1 BECOME ONE WITH DROPPING THE BIKE. you will drop it. you will crash. you will get hurt, once your past that. wheelies are easy

  • @dustinthedrummer1

learn brake control and use your clutch, no power wheelies

  • @dustinthedrummer1 What philipgalindo said and wear lots of protective gear if you're nervous might take the edge off if you're nervous might be afraid of falling? So like kneepads elbowpads. Ideal learning on dirt bike, if you fall bike doesn't get damage really and you fall on grass or dirt..

  • @chvick ive been looking for a nice 600 sport for around 500 to learn on so i dont mess up my baby when i fall, cause lets be honest.. learning to wheelie. im gonna wreck

  • 2nd gear wheelie is what works the best for me on my 07 stock r6....i start them at 50km/h ( +/- 30mph) and usually get my balance point and can keep going for quite a while doing around 90km/h (55mph)..

  • i cant clutch up a wheelie in 4th but i can in 3rd and i can ride it out threw 4th but when i go to shift into 5th i always set the front down

  • I'm loving the color scheme, ride safe; stay safe.

  • Vertical!!

  • Yup. I got a zx636. Stunt cage rear sub cage I gust need sprocket kit and round bar. I wear gear every flippen time I ride. I'm in the military so its a requirement when off duty. I wasn't in the mil then but I wore gear everyday but that day 85 percent humidity at 101. Sux. It was a short ride and like you said its all about your limits. 6 years later and 5 bikes I've never crashed thank God.

  • @philipgalindo - agreed, sometimes it is not feasible to be riding in hot weather fully geared. THOUGH on highway riding, i'd generally wear a textile jacket (unzipped) and shorts if i was planning on doing wheelies/stoppies :D

  • thats a hot r6 man, I have a 2007 r6s and second gear wheelies aren't hard at all. And as far as wearing a jacket don't worry about anyone else if you feel confident enough to do it without and live with what may or may not happen I say go for it. I personally don't just because I'm not brave enough but thats my choice. Keep ridin hard brother

  • Great wheelie....keep it up!

  • you know what im not gonna wear n f'n jacket so shut your faces.

  • @philipgalindo well said nice wheelie bro

  • NEVER SKIP OUT ON WEARING A BIKE JACKET!

  • Wish I had money to not care if I dropped it

  • question for you..I am learning how to do wheelies on my 07 R6 raven but I can't figure out the gear and RPMS to bring it up. Whats the secret if you don't mind helping out another R6 rider, thanks!

  • @jcarlos2121 try second gear at anywere from 7 to 10k it should come up quite easy

  • @jcarlos2121 why would u be looking at the rpms?, just go by feel, try one in first at x amount throttle and how fast u release the clutch and go from there, just don't be a dick once ur used to getting her up and try for distance too soon, u will 12 oclock it if u get too impatient, just get used to ur throttle control, don't worry so much about the rear brake etc, it's a good theory but if u ever needed that rear brake then u'd be on the ground b4 u knew u needed it, throttle control is key

  • dude... at least a jacket x_x

  • 2 fps?

  • nice without the shirt man

  • riding with no gear is fucking awesome!

  • Ps thats sarcasm

  • Jebova, u are wrong. I have had two R6s. An 07 and now my 09. I have wheelied both in 4th just FYI. And 3rd comes up easy. 2nd no trying and first will power up around 9k. I hve -1 in the front. Stock rear. So it could be possible to wheelie 5th. All about speed (ur rpm range is really what matters)

  • i can draw better quali than that ...

  • @Extremebash but can you spell it?

  • haha, about 2fps ^,^.

but hey! very cool bike & wheelie! nice colour, i like it! :)

  • the color of the bike looks good....

  • cool wheelie, and very cool bike. I love the R6

  • Once again sorry for the crapy frame rate. When youtube converted to HD or something it reduced the quality of the vid. Maybe I'll upload it again.

  • @philipgalindo your video fuckin sucked

  • @philipgalindo maybe you wont be a fucking squid and put some gear on

  • dude...there is no way in hell a stock r6 clutches up in 4th and 5th. I have an exhaust and slight gearing on mine and it still wont come up in 4th, let alone 5th. maybe if you stick a 55 tooth in the back and drop one in the front, it may. I still dont think it would in 5th.

and being able to clutch it up at 5mph doesnt mean shit. i saw a lady accidentally clutch up a wheelie at my msf course on a 250 rebel from a standstill! does that mean it has more power than these bikes?

  • I don't think I said an r6. I was a honda 600 rr. The vid is on youtube look it up. Has to do with torque vs. weight ratio. Enough torque produced and it will come up. Some other factors like leverage such as a huge guy bouncing on the pegs.

  • you wanna see torque < my tl 100r torque up from the floor up !!!!!!!!

  • @philipgalindo or your mom.

  • so you're saying you can clutch a wheelie up at 5 mph and ride it out?

  • i personally cant, but there are a number of people who do. most stunt riders that do lots clutch up basically from a stop. When youre in first gear, clutching up a wheelie and pulling the tire off the ground is easy. the bike has more than enough power.

And again, I dont care what 600 you are riding, it will not clutch up in 5th without some pretty heavy gearing and/or some nice modifications for extra power.

  • @jebova2301 You are right! I still have a hard time lifting it up in second gear! No way its gonna go up in 4th with stock everything!

  • @jebova2301 Oh, it comes up in 4th and 5th, you just don' know how to lift it.

  • @JohnFox1336 - lol... definately a troll.. a 600 with stock gearing will not clutch up past 3rd. And even in 3rd it's alot of clutch :)

  • WTF i it with these 1 frame per second videos lately...FFS!

  • How can you pop it up in all those gears? Just wondering, not a flame comment or anything

  • clutch in, open throttle, flick the clutch

  • ya it might man im just not tryin to fuckup my bike or crash it. its all custom so i like to keep it cool

  • well it comes up in in first and 2nd power wheeling. and i can clutch it up in third. its nuts bro this is my first 1000 and its crazy seriously

  • 600 can come up in 1st 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th. Look it up. My 636 wheelies at 5 mph completely stock. Vid soon.

  • idk bout 5th man. u must be standing on the back pegs and clutchin it up.

by the way im not hating...nice wheelie i just started standing up on mine but i do one leg back and one on the break.

  • your 600 does not come up in 5th or 4th without a sprocket!!!!!!! Liar

  • where is the video from clutching it up at 5 mph?

  • When I go home on leave for Christmas.... keep an eye out.

  • anything yet?

  • lol you guys dont even wanna know wat my R1 does. its a beast. only had it for about 2 months and that shit scares the shit outta me. (2 600's before)

  • no really I want to know. What does your R1 do? I saw your vids.

  • can it fly too? cuz my R6 does.

  • r6 can wheelie in 1 2 and 3 gear my fzr can wheelie in 1 2 and 3 first and second i dont need to use the clutch but ihave to be above 5 or 6 k rpms 1 gear above 5k comes rightup in second gear above 5k only will come up about 3"

  • ....

  • The video never looked like this some how with the video formating changing it's affected this video.

  • nice quality...

  • lol

  • It never looked like this. It was smooth never lagged I'm not sure what happend.

  • my videos all do the same thing, i took them down i dont no why it does it..if you figure it out let me no..

  • that's a sick r6 you got there!!

    awsome!

nice paintjob, or was the color like this when you bought it ?

  • youtube fixed the frame rate what now.

  • @philipgalindo hahahahha what now man what now

  • nice bike, but bad camera:D

  • youtube fixed my video check it out

  • I'm getting a stunt bike soon. I'm nailing down circle wheelies on my dirt bike. They're looking good. Back brake control getting good too. Vids comming soon.

  • nice bike... i got the same one....

  • lol its not about cc, its skills.. i make wheelies with my 50cc enduro...

  • yea its the cc's

my old r6 only did wheelies in first

my gsxr 1000 does them going 100

  • nah, its just skill. cc only helps.

  • aw come on bro I can do wheelies in second and third on my R6. If you clutch right it will come up. Slow wheelies are harder than fast wheelies. Takes more skill to do slow stuff. more balance throttle control and rear break control.

  • yea i agree my r6s does wheelies 1.2.3rd third takes some work but it will go second is easy and first gear if your not carefull you can wind up flesh down rubber up.lol i can ride wheelies on a moped its a matter of will..

  • nice bike.....

  • beautiful bike, and i'm glad to see a 1st gear cause all i hear how dangerous it is. But 2nd is to hard for me. i'm just startin to learn wheelies though too...got an 08 gixer 600

  • practice using ur clutch if your havent and first gear when your learning is good just to get used to having the bike up in the air ,take baby steps little by little then 2nd gear bout25 30 mph then clutch it ,,thats how i learned ,im not a natural but now i can wheelie anything for miles...i have a gsxr 1000 07' the orange and black shit!! it s my fifth bike ive had. good luck

  • come on man for you it's more easy, you got like 50 hp more than him... don't you think???

  • same deal with every bike.power wheelies are good to just get used to having the bike in the air like i said but asap you should learn to clutch it.

  • i already know use the clutch to make big wheelie like 2 or 3 miles.... more easy for me use the 2 gear...even though got 600 that has less power than some 1000cc.

  • and ofcourse practice always having your foot on the back brake ,thats the most important part

  • don't mess with first gear. huge mistake, trust me.

  • Look here's the deal guys. 1st gear is a short gear on most bikes. Not so on this R6 I have. It's geared a little taller and the power is in the power band where it's needed to hold the bike up. I still struggle for power when I'm up. You have to be just a bit behind balance point and use the back break to slow you down as you lean back.

  • i got gixxer 07 and i make wheelie on 2 gear.... it's more easy for me... when i became to make it i used the first gear and in my opinion was more difficult... but if you wanna make wheelie on 2 gear must use the clutch!!!!!!

  • You write like Valentino Rossi talks. hehe

  • i come from italy like him... but belive me i think to talk bit better than him... i heard valentino rossi talk... completly shit... is the opposite as he drives:):):):)

  • hahaha yah man keep up the English. You would think he'd get better at English after a couple of years.

  • i've learned it 2 years a go bye my australian friend.... i often keep up it... but it's heaps hard... where i live nobody speak it...i was thinking to leave in london or something else country....and this is the reason coz us italians are very ignorant...in this case valentino rossi doesn't know english...but trust me like70% italians don't know it... it's a fucking shame!!!!!!!

  • man I wouldnt mess around with 1 st gear to much. You'll end up on your back. I have the same bike (07 R6) I do 2nd gear and 3rd gear wheelies... 2nd gear anywhere from 20-50 and 3rd gear anywhere from 50-80. 1st gear is way too touchy and one slip of the throttle and by bye bike! especially at 55. Try this... 3rd gear, 70 mph, bounce and clutch it up. It will take some practice but the bike will be much moire stable and you'll be a little looser when your riding em out! Good luck!

  • If your giving that advice to someone just learning, you really shouldn't tell them to practice it at 70mph... for the most part, it's not a bad idea to just learn to pop it up in 1st, just to get a feel for it coming up. I would say to actually learn to maintain it, use 2nd around 20-25mph, and just clutch it up with a little throttle...

  • Iv'e done 10000000 1st gear clutch wheelies and have never been on my back or have never been down. Thanks to God who protects me from my self. Sold my bike too so it's not a matter of when. For those who say it's not a matter of if it's when.

  • Every professional stunter clutches. Don't give me that power wheelie crap.

  • it's true..... power wheelies can really only work best in first and then shifting out of them, otherwise, clutching.... at least to change throttle RPMs

  • Love the colour. And great riding.

  • woooooow i love ur bike color

    i have a black and silver 2004 r6

am starting 2 wheelie but i cant keep the front up, any suggestions?

  • Recommend no first gear wheelies!!! Too much throttle response!!! I suggest sprocketing your bike and doing them in 2nd or 3rd. Just a recommendation though. Ride safe.

  • umm so should i learn how to do wheelies in first? jus to begin? or should i start on second aswell?

  • Learn to do them in first i guess but dont try to ride them, if you are gonna power them up. If you are gonna clutch them do it in second, just dont try to ride them out in 1st. 1st gear has too much throttle response if you are just learning. Hope that helps, ride safe.

  • well i am planning to clutch wheelie but iv been tryin to get my wheel of the floor on first gear and clutching it around 6k, not really going anywhere

  • you will kill your clutch, try a throttle snap it will work I do it all the time

  • there is a ton of throttle response in first, but it ain't that bad, i've got an '09 R6, and i've got three friends that ride. two with an '07 gixxer, and one with an '08 ninja, all 4 of us clutch up in first gear, it is touchy, but after you get a feel for your throttle, you'll know how much is "too much." and as always COVER THE REAR BRAKE!!! that has saved me more than once. don't slam the rear brake though, tap it to bring the front end forward.

  • the 1st of the vid is funny. he's like i think i can i think i can.

  • No it's stock! infact i needed to dyno it. it was running bad.

  • Dyno it for running bad? Must be your first bike.

  • exactly where are yall at, cause that looks alot like the road i use to stunt on

  • nice wheelie n colour 5 star

  • did you use clutch ?

  • well nice colour. .great bike fairplay

  • right on

  • are u using a stock sprocket? or bigger?

  • Dude, stop being a dick...Some people are just too excited to watch the vid. I hate fuckers like you.

  • 20psi. oops, didn't read all the comments.

good wheelie and thanks for replying. helpful info.

  • a chaser wheelie. need to bring it up higher and float it

  • ive been doing staggards for awhile now, i can hold my rpm's constant now in first gear and lean to keep the bike centered on the road (not real well yet). all i need now is to back that up with a video :D

  • i have the same bike and can get it high in 1st gear clutching but cannot hold it. what mph and rpm's are you at when you do it??? i do mine sitting down with both feet on the front pegs at around 30mph.

  • i have the same bike and when i do staggered it comes up easy but how do u keep it up there like ur doin and can u do standups with both feet on the front pegs

  • Yah stand ups on both pegs can be done but it's a little harder for most people. You need to get it up high enough the first time and not power into it like I did to keep it up higher. Torque gets the bike up quick. If you gear it down it will come up quick (sprocket conversion). Lean back and don't hug the tank.

  • You can lock one of your legs in so you don't move around much that keeps the bike stable. The higher you are up the longer it will stay up. Don't slam it down especially if your wheel is turned. You will tank slap.

  • Na doesn't throw your balance off. Sometimes when it's windy you can lean to one side a little better. It just helps get more weight to the back of the bike lowering your balance point. That means you don't have to get it up that high. It's important though that you have a good distribution of weight between your feet. That's what keeps the bike steady. I'm working on that.

  • hey... you got any snacks in that back pack cuz im a lil hungry

  • Oh yah watch my other video 27 miles an hour! Yah that's where I get it up. Why do people insist on calling me a liar. Why would I have to lie. Yah try picking up an R6 in second gear going 27 miles an hour.

  • not that hard if you can clutch or bounce.

  • Better to get on the back pegs for stand ups

  • I'm riding staggard. One foot front one foot back that's how we do it.

  • when you ride with one foot on the back peg does it throw off ur balance at all

  • ok thx

  • ur nuts on the 07

    i wouldnt do it on

i can pop the up on the hornet and go to the limiter but mines 10 years old

  • i am trying so hard to find it in shift red, its impossible to find on the 07's they didn't make that many. i love it tho, nice job

  • My bike is for sale $7500 with 4,500 miles 2007

  • where and has it ever been dropped

  • Never Never been dropped and I live in South Texas

  • Never Never been dropped and I live in South Texas

  • too far sorry

  • I got another video comming where I get it up going 5 miles an hour and hold it at around 20 miles an hour

  • awesome wheelie..........and bike!
