  • U must eat a lot if u want to gain weight no matter u r hungry or not. Always eat, eat n eat. 6 to 8 meal a day. U wont gain if u train like a horse but eat like a bird. I use to be like u. Eat more steak or chicken breast n not all the KFC or Mc. Don't have time? I think its just an excuses. Arnold will do his training at 5am if he has to film at 7am. Good luck

  • To be honest with u. If i m not mistaken, the gym must be celebrity fitness in penang. If u really want to build big muscle, u have to go to Supergym or other hardcore gym. Plus, u shouldn't do too much cardio Coz u r too skinny.

    17kg per piece. d smaller silver one is 6kg. but it doesnt matter how heavy u take..its how u take to feel ur muscles contract.
