After the freedom of information act, documents were release detailing how the FBI caught onto them weeks beforehand, and the CIA took evidence and told the FBI to keep quiet. Where did terrorists with box cutters get an Army plane? I lived beside an Army base for 23 years. This plane came from an Army base.
