The first 2 issues you're having, I'm experiencing myself. I'm going into my local office in a couple of days, when they re-open after Christmas, so if I get an answer, I'll post to you.
For the 3rd, altho I don't use that programme, perhaps if you used the annotate over desktop option (looks like a tv with a pen sticking out of it in toolbox or you can set to menu preferences), that will allow you to work out that problem on screen and imports that page into your lesson.
