To me, Slayer sold out when they put out " South of Heaven." Also, the sound back then was amazing. Like Metallica, Slayer jumped on the Seattle/ grunge bandwagon. I saw Slayer twice, Metallica on their " Kill 'Em All " tour and Venom. I know about this remastered stuff. It takes away the guts of the original recordings. Everyone always said they'd never listen to their labels. Wrong. They all basically told the fans that got them signed " Thanks But You Can **** Off Now.We Got What We Wanted."

80's. Bands like Exciter, The Rods, Raven, Slayer's first two albums plus the "12

single they released called " Haunting The Chapel," Venom's first two albums

(Welcome to Hell & Black Metal.)....... I like Anthrax's first album only( Fistful of

Metal) w/ Neil Turbin on vocals. You mentioned Razor also and they were great.

When they had Stace " Sheepdog " McClaren on vocals they were the best.
