Does anyone know what software is best to download to make augmented reality objects... like a engine which i can upload my own 3d renders to it? (made in blender, or other similar softwares)

Would really appreciate the help, searched everywhere and i'm finding it a lot of trouble to find.

Great looking book and exciting to think that in the near future children will have such an interactive learning experience.

I want to know: Is the "hand held marker" used to activate the next animation on subsequent pages? What is the relationship of the markers on each page to the hand help marker?

@plasticbricks Thank you for your kind comment! The hand-held marker is used to activate corresponding animation on the SAME page. There are 3 animations (models) per page, and each hand-held marker is used to activate each of them on the on-page markers set on each page.

if you have to use a monitor to display this, why wouldn't you just look for the information online? You have to wait for glasses or contact lens with displaying capabilities.
