when you or an npc kill someone does the xp goes entirely to that that kills the monster or goes to the entire party

if one of your party members kill a enemy everyone in your party gets xp but for your followers that arent in your party the game levels them up so there always 1 level behind you. on a side note its very nice not having to level up everyone one at a time
