you know i wasn't a fan until i heard disarm, (had no idea about gish at the time either) but literally this is the only band i listened to for the next few years. when adore came out at first i was very disappointed. I kept playing it and playing it. (i was young at the time though and didn't understand pain on this kind of level) but after awhile, and some understanding later, it is VERY intense and puts me in touch with a lot of dark places, (which is good so i can release them)

Billy was at his idea weight here. He gained a few pounds after recording Machina. Look at the VH1 vid and some of the interviews from that time. Could be medication side efx? He's mentioned taking mood stabilizers. Some can really put on the pounds—why it's often so hard to get a bipolar patient (esp. females) to stay on them.

Billy looks great here! After he hit 40, he aged so rapidly! & became kind of 'manorexic' looking, like a vegetarian taking heavy doses of Adderall. Or chemotherapy.

I agree with you but really the only person in the band right now is Billy Corgan. Jimmy Chamberlain and Billy Corgan were the only people who made the new album. Those other people are just the people they tour with. But now Jimmy Chamberlain left so its just Billy Corgan.
