Round ligament is ligamentum teres hepatis which is the inferior portion of the falciform ligament hanging out or projecting out. 1. The Vein you indicated is the PORTAL VEIN -the hepatic vein is the one above, near the coronary ligament.
2. That is NOT the round ligament - that is the duodenal papilla - a sphinctor.
3. Your 'lecture' is incomplete, e.g. the accessory duct of the pancreas, e.t.c
